Island Estates

Island Estates is a two and a half mile long island situated between the Florida East Coast Canal and the Intracoastal waterway. With only 200 home sites available, this is one of Flagler County’s most exclusive communities, boasting luxury and safety. As part of the Hammock Dunes community, Island Estates ca only be accessed with approval from the 24-hour gated security, and the island is patrolled regularly, so residents can be assured of their safety.

With this much water surrounding them, residents can enjoy kayaking, boating, fishing, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
It is not required, but many members of Island Estates choose to purchase a Hammock Dunes Club membership, which entitles them to use of the amenities, such as the fitness center, two golf courses, and a junior olympic pool.
